National Membership led the project in partnership with the National Wellbeing team and deployed a volunteer roster of 20 specially trained DRA members willing and able to call members.

The initial focus of these calls was to be NSW and VIC due to the protracted situation there, with subsequent consideration to other states upon initial-stage project completion in September. We expanded further into ACT based on feedback and the C-19 restriction scenarios emerging at that time.
